Roasted Chicken Wrap with Pickles Recipe

These roasted chicken wraps make for a quick and easy lunch. The combination of tender chicken, tangy pickles, and creamy hummus will fill you up.

Ingredients

Time Needed

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 30 minutes
  • Total Time: 40 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season on both sides.
  • Roast the chicken breasts for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through, on a baking sheet.
  • Remove from the oven and set aside for 5 minutes before cutting into thin strips.
  • Spread a spoonful of hummus onto each tortilla before assembling the wraps.
  • On top of the hummus, layer sliced chicken, pickles, diced red onion, and chopped parsley.
  • Tuck in the sides of the tortilla as you roll it up.
  • Cut each wrap in half and serve right away.
