• 4 flour tortillas (large)

• 4 lettuce leaves

• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
• Season with salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
