Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Bake the soy chicken strips for 10 minutes on a baking sheet.
  • Microwave or bake the tortillas until warm.
  • Heat the black beans in a medium saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.
  • Place a tortilla on a flat surface and top with 1/4 cup of rice, 1/4 cup of black beans, 1 soy chicken strip, 2 tablespoons of salsa, a few slices of avocado, and a sprinkle of cilantro to make the wraps.
  • Tuck the ends of the tortilla in as you roll it up.
  • Continue with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
