  • Pound the chicken breasts until they are an even thickness.
  • Combine the flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a shallow dish.
  • Whisk together the eggs and milk in a separate shallow dish.
  • Crush the cornflakes in a third shallow dish.
  • Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the cornflakes.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil.
  • Fry the chicken for 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.
  • Toasted tortillas can be warmed in the oven or microwave.
  • Assemble the wraps by layering each tortilla with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
